WHAT IS LOFT ALL ABOUT?

Loft is more than a coworking space. We’re a community of independent thinkers — entrepreneurs, startups, developers, designers, writers in a place that serves amazing coffee and great ideas daily.

Loft is a place to share whatever your passion is with other like-minded creatives. We’ve got all the services to make make your business hum, so you can focus on what you do best.

COWORKING AREA

Open plan space containing hot desks, bean bags, outdoor seats, lounge and plenty of power plugs. Pick a seat, plug in and do your thing.

HOT DESK

A desk space in our coworking area. Claim any open seat for the day and get to work.

DAY PASS

A special voucher that we offer to first time guests so they can try out Loft and get a feel of the place. This free pass is for one-time use only.

PRIVATE OFFICE

Secure and enclosed offices for startups and small companies. Fully furnished with multiple desks.

VIRTUAL ADDRESS

Service for entrepreneurs or startups who want to use LOFT’s business address and front desk service without having to rent a dedicated office space.

CONFERENCE ROOMS

Three private 7-seat conference rooms and one 14-seat conference room that can be reserved by the hour. All rooms come with Apple TV units, Chromecast, VoIP phone with unlimited calls to North America, and incredible city views.

EVENT SPACES

Whether you want to do a tech talk, small event or business get-together, we have 5 areas including:

  • Lounge — Standing room only area for hanging out over coffee.
  • West Patio — Unfurnished, 250 sqm area that’s perfect for staging outdoor night events.
  • East Patio — Furnished, 350 sqm area that’s great for day get togethers.
  • The Wall — Talk area with large screen TV, folding chairs and stadium-type seating.
  • The North — Coworking area that can be used to extend The Wall for large events.

We can also provide catering, IT support, light and sounds as needed for your event through our partner network.

PRIVATE OFFICES

3-10-person offices are in the works within One Corporate Center. All offices are move-in ready and come with locked drawers, desks and premium Internet access. Door access is through proximity readers and actively monitored by our security team. All private office members also have access to coffee, amenities, conference rooms, professional mail and call reception service in our upstairs coworking area.

 

RESERVATIONS

FOR EVENTS

What times can I reserve an event?

Events are usually on Mondays to Saturdays between 7pm-12am, or anytime on Sundays.

What kinds of events can be hosted at Loft?

We mostly host TECH events, but we encourage other events as well like Design, Photography, Fashion, etc.

Do I have to be a member to reserve a event space?

No, you do not have to be a member to be able to reserve an event space.

How do I reserve an event?

You can leave us a message or an inquiry about it and one of the managers will give you a call about it.

What areas and facilities are available for events?

Who are your partners and recommended service providers for events?

  • For lights we have MetroTech, Joy Events, Orange Lights and Sounds.
  • For catering we have Shophouse Coffee, Smokeyard and Nozumi.
  • For other suppliers, please inquire with us.

Are all events free in my membership?

Monthly members get free entrance to 2 events per month.

FOR CONFERENCE ROOMS

How do I reserve a conference room?

You can inquire through our Website and other Social Media accounts. Our receptionist will reply and let you know about the availability. Our manager will also email and give you a call for reservations.

FOR COWORKING

How do I become a member?

You can sign up online and you may do it through walk-in as well.

Do you accept walk-in’s for co-working?

Yes, we do. Walk-in’s are always welcome, but it also depends on the availability.

How do I know if there are spaces left for co-working?

Our website provides real-time information on how many spaces there are left for the co-working space and conference rooms. You may also message us on the chat box of our website, email us at hello@loft.ph, or call +284-8789.

 

Do you have student discount?

Yes, we give 30% discount to students. All you have to do is show the receptionist your Student ID. Strictly NO ID, NO discount policy.

GENERAL FAQ

What are Loft’s hours of operation?

We’re still on our soft opening and we have the following schedule. We’re aiming for 24/7 soon.

  • Mondays - Fridays: 24hrs
  • Saturdays: Until 5pm
  • Sundays: Closed

Does Loft have other locations?

Two more locations in Salcedo and Makati are being planned.

What makes Loft different from other office and coworking providers?

  • Our coworking space is really spacious as compared to others in the area.
  • Our support team (IT, concierge, account managers) are always on standby.
  • We have a doctor and nurse on site.
  • We offer business formation services to startups.
  • We have a lot of web design experts that stay in the same office so we can lend digital marketing support to anyone who needs it

What will the receptionists be recording for me?

Each receptionist will log the following:
  1. ID Numbers
    • Guests/Visitors
    • Dailies
    • Conference Rooms
  2. Print counts
  3. Calls/ Mail
  4. Inquiries

Are prices VAT inclusive?

Yes.

What are the payment options?

Cash, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal

What are the additional fees for printing and photocopying?

If you’re a member, you get 5 pages of printing and photocopying a day. Beyond the 5 pages, we are charging PHP2 per page.

How do I cancel my membership plan?

You can cancel at anytime within your prepaid period of 30 days.

Can guests visit me at my workspace?

Yes, but we do require a fee for the guest who will visit Loft.

How many hours is a day rate?

Ten consecutive hours. If you exceed customer will have to pay by the hour.

Do we offer extension cords?

Yes, extension cords will be available upon request, but each table are already provided sockets.

Can I stream music? Can I download movies? What are restrictions if any?

Streaming is fine, downloading is not. No torrents allowed.

Can you rent conference rooms and turn it into an office for a day?

Yes, as long as everything is put back into place and no room damage will be done.

How fast is our internet?

70mbps, but we can say 50mbps just to be safe. For premium internet upgrades, just make a request and we will send you a custom quote.

What is our walk-in per hour minimum time?

Three hours.

What is the security like? Can I leave my bags safely lying around?

We have roving security guards and CCTVs, but clients are responsible for taking care of their belongings.

Can I bring my kids/pets?

No.

Who can help me with the coffee machine?

Our concierge will gladly assist you.

Can I go into a conference room without reserving to make a call?

Clients need to ask permission from the front desk or managers to use any of the phones within the space.

Is there are a limit to the number of people per event? Per event area?

Per event, there is a limit of 200 people.

Per area: Maximum 50 heads for The Wall & The North and maximum 200 heads for Patio

Can I reserve a seat/desk/area without paying ahead of time?

Yes, upon reservation you have 24 hours to pay.

Do we have plans for expansion?

Yes, we do. Fort & Makati area.

 

 

HOUSE RULES

  1. CLAYGO

    Clean as you go. We should be responsible in helping the Housekeeper by always keeping the pantry clean and orderly. You must wash your own utensils, glasses, cups and saucers by discarding food in the trash bin before washing plates, utensils and lunch boxes.

    The kitchen is a shared resource. There are just a few simple rules.

    • If you empty it, fill it
    • If you dirty it, clean it
    • If you open it, close it
    • If you spill it, wipe it
    • Switch off all kitchen appliances after each use (coffee makers that are left on must be turned off)
  2. Maintain cleanliness of the bathroom sink and toilet after each use. Wipe down water and soap splatter on sink and mirror.
  3. No ID, no entry. If you forget your ID, check in with the guard who will issue you a temporary, numbered ID that he will log. Drop off the temporary ID with the guard before you leave for the day.
  4. Everyone is expected to come in tech-casual attire every day. Loft employees are not allowed to wear shorts and skirts that are very short. Skirts must be 2 inches above the knee.
  5. One Corporate Center is a non-smoking building. Smoking and Vaping is prohibited anywhere in the office and the patio area.
  6. You’re not allowed to stand on the green tiles in the patio area.
  7. Before using the co-working space and conference rooms, you have to reserve the space with the receptionist or through our online calendaring system.
  8. Every Saturday at 12 noon we empty the fridge. All food and drinks will be thrown out.

 

LOFT CLIENTS & GUESTS

  1. All Loft guests and prospects must check in at the east entrance with Loft sign at the reception desk. Members with ID’s need not check in.
  2. Any customer/member that loses their ID will be charged a fee
  3. Phone calls/skype etc will have to be done inside the phone booth.
  4. Maintain a co-working environment.
  5. Guests will have to pay as well and customers that bring a guest will have to let the front desk know.
  6. Loft members cannot eat heavy meals at the desk ( ex. Adobo and rice ), if you are to bring food and consume it please do this at the pantry.
  7. GARBAGE

    Put all of your garbage in the kitchen garbage can. This will allow us to keep everything fresh and clean between cleaner visits.

  8. RECYCLING

    There are recycling bins in the kitchen to segregate trash properly

  10. Free coffee, tea and water.
  11. MUGS are available to customers at LOFT, once done using it please make sure to wash it and leave it where it belongs. ( There will be soap and sponge available under the sink )
  12. Please make sure to use a coaster for your mugs at all times to avoid wetting the tables, pillows, and rugs.
  13. One Corporate Center is a non-smoking building. Smoking and Vaping is prohibited anywhere in the office and the patio area.
  14. No bringing of alcoholic beverages.
  15. While we do appreciate people who are passionate about music, feel free to jam out over headphones.
  16. Downloading movies and streaming is not allowed.
  17. Dress code for Loft members is smart casual. Slippers and shorts are not allowed.
  18. Avoid placing bags and other personal belongings on empty chairs as other guests may also use them.
  19. Guests are not allowed to tinker with the air conditioner or any office equipment/furniture.
  20. If you need assistance or have any concerns notify The Front Desk.

 

CONFERENCE ROOMS

  • There are 4 conference rooms available.
  • The furnitures in the conference rooms should stay there at all times.
  • The conference rooms can be used for business meetings, loud phone calls, and Skype conferences, lectures, and workshop.
  • Do not let the conference room become your second home, please treat it with L-O-V-E AT ALL TIMES! – to use it, you need to book it through an online schedule, walk- in, or by calling our front desk.
  • Conference rooms can also be used without prior reservation depending on it’s availability. First come, first served

The following actions can lead to revocation of your membership:

  • Post illegal, inappropriate or threatening content that is connected to LOFT.
  • Harassing and spamming members and employees through posts and personal messages.
  • Make statements that could damage the reputation of other members and of the establishment.
  • Disrupting and making inappropriate behaviour in the professional work environment.
  • Conduct fraudulent activity.

 

REPORTING MISUSE

If you see any post, comment, profile, or message on community page/ chat room/ Slack/ social media pages that you feel goes against the Community Guidelines, please share your concern by reporting it via email. We have a dedicated team that reviews all reported posts, and will always keep your report anonymous to other members.
